I was supposed to get a different bike, but after I received confirmation, they didn’t have that bike in stock, so they gave me a higher model for the same price(their team told me this) which I was not expecting at all, and expected to wait. I have not had to call customer service for anything but I think what small interaction I had was handled really well.
