Ian in sales helped me purchase a pro-form bike and treadmill. I had a previous pro-form bike for 12 years that died in December. Since I had such a great experience with my 1st Pro-form bike I decided to go back for a new one. At the time I had a Sole indoor treadmill that was making a ton of noises when raising the incline, so with Ian's help I decided to replace that early and purchase the bike with the treadmill. Loved all of Ian's expertise, loved the free Vue promotion that came with the treadmill and never knew what I was missing by not having iFit. A great experience with Pro-form.
