What a great experience working with my Pro Form Warranty. Worth it.

So the latest update completely jacked up my Proform. I was pretty angry about it. Then I called customer service and she walked me through the MANY steps to get it back up and running. She must have walked people through it a million times because she knew exactly what to do. I hope the dork who wrote the bad code in the update doesn’t ever have the chance to do that again. A real pain but she helped fix it 100%.

Quick, professional and friendly

I ordered and received my treadmill in March-April 2021. I used the white glove service because the equipment was going to a 3rd floor. Anyway I have used the proform treadmill with iFit and without and it has been great for the past 16 months. I researched multiple treadmills before purchasing and proform had the best price for the type of treadmill and the large screen. We liked iFit so much we purchased another piece of equipment from Nordic Track and added it to the iFit family.

I had an extended warranty for my Carbon e7 elliptical that needed fixing as it was used daily for 2 years. I contacted them, and I had a very experienced guy come and do an assessment and who then ordered the parts. When these arrived, he arranged to come and finish the work. I now have a perfect exercise machine, and I'm back on it daily, and it works beautifully. It's well worth getting one of these policies if you're serious about using your equipment. Couldn't be happier with the result and service from Proform.
