I love my proform-I wish I had paid attention to the incline difference on each machine (mine only goes to 12) but I’m still completely satisfied with it! The workouts are life changing and the coaches are so relatable and filled with so much knowledge , about everything-literally (I.e. T.Rivs). Customer service has been top notch and I’ve only needed assistance once and I’ve had it for a year now! Go get you one!

I used both machines faithfully and although I didn’t care for the workouts, I found a screen where all my statistics were displayed yet I could listen to my tunes. Great machines. I moved to Mesa so I left them to others.

Great design and functionality.

The service guy was very professional. He got my machine working like brand new again.
