The quality of the book was great, minus the cover. However, I had to reach out to your support team a couple times to get my proof and because that took so long my order ended up being delayed by a week or two. I think the communications need some serious improvement.

$40 for one deck of cards is ridiculous!!!!! Shipping is not that expensive. . . .

It was easy to put together a book on your website. I had to contact you to receive the pdf sample before I finalized the order, but that was more than 2 weeks ago. I’m looking forward to seeing the final product.

Excellent product quality but the communication and status updates could use some work. There website status is so vague I almost thought I was scammed when the status never updated. Eventually it got better, but there website is also not that intuitive. Good products, but website needs work.
