Poor communication with customers about the expected arrival of their purchases. Also, asked me to redesign my book cover to a size that does not fit my book. Annoyed customer.

As stated never received never had a live person nor a solution… just took my money and ignored me

Item can one week after it was expected missed the conference I needed them for. I could have used another company if PrintVie communicated. No response when I requested a refund. Unfortunately, unreliable service.
