Poor communication with customers about the expected arrival of their purchases. Also, asked me to redesign my book cover to a size that does not fit my book. Annoyed customer.

Item can one week after it was expected missed the conference I needed them for. I could have used another company if PrintVie communicated. No response when I requested a refund. Unfortunately, unreliable service.

Horrible customer service. I sent multiple emails and never got a reply. Glad I only ordered 1 deck of cards as a sample and not multiple decks to pass out to customers, friends and family.
