My overall experience was positive and I have no complaints. My only issue is receiving black and white books after I paid an additional charge to receive color.

The books are pretty. I am happy with the quality. The pictures came out kind of grainy and with lines through them, but I didn't order a picture book--I digitized a cookbook and added some pictures for flair. As for shipping: Don't count on them sticking to their deadlines. You will be disappointed and they will not do anything to make it better. I had to pay an extra $103 to get my books by Christmas.

Took longer than the 5-7 days stated when I submitted my order. Actual time was 23 business days. However I am very pleased with the quality.

Calendars exceeded my expectation but shipping was a bit slow. It took 3 weeks to get them. Maybe that is what to expect in the future? I would definitely order again and just allow extra time for them to arrive

It was good but the website was a bit slow (but I think that is because our internet is awful lol)
