delivery on time

The print quality on different items is different. The banner is good. but the sticker print quality is so so. Regarding the delivery time, it's on time. So if you need to get things done in a short amount of time, PrintLeaf is a good choice.

A Generous 3 Stars: I wish the customer service matched the product quality

I'm usually not one to write reviews, especially negative ones, but since Printleaf has been continuously emailing me about feedback, here I am. I'll start by saying this: I would return to Printleaf in a heartbeat if the customer service hadn't been so subpar because the quality is quite good. It did feel like I had to walk through fire to get the product to begin with, though. I originally placed my order 2 days before I needed to pick it up, picking the company specifically for their quick turnaround option. I placed my order at night and, after realizing I never received confirmation, emailed them at noon the next day asking if my order went through and how heavy the final product would be. They answered the latter question but never confirmed my order. Later that day at 4:30 pm, half an hour after the cutoff time for the 2-day pricing, I decided to call them, realizing I never received confirmation. They informed me that, while they saw I created an account, they never received an order. I asked if they'd be able to honor the original pricing (I believe the 1-day pricing doubled the cost), and I was told they couldn't because this wasn't their fault. I told them that there was a website glitch and reminded them that I sent an email earlier that day trying to confirm, which was clearly seen because I got a partial reply. The person on the other end put me on hold, then said her manager would call me back in 10 minutes. An hour goes by with no one reaching out, so I call back. She transfers me to her manager, and I re-explain the story to him. He continuously tells me this isn't their fault and talks to me as if I'm an idiot who just doesn't know how to place an order, insisting they didn't have room for my order (unless I paid extra, of course). When I reminded him about the email earlier that day, he told me there was no information that they could have gone off of to confirm my order. I take two issues with this 1) they had my email address and the information that the order was for 250 bookmarks and 200 vinyl stickers, and 2) if they needed more information, why didn't they email me back? It wasn't until I embarrassed myself by crying on the phone that he even bothered to check to see if the production staff would have room to print it, and, guess what, they did! He ended up honoring the 2-day pricing(which is why I'm giving 3 stars not 2), while continuing to talk down to me, and told me to place the order IMMEDIATELY. I thanked him profusely, explaining that we're a new nonprofit with a small budget and this means a lot. We hung up, and I did. That's when things got interesting. Immediately after I placed my order, tiny text appeared at the top of my screen that said: "Your order cannot be placed at this time". It flashed for at most a second, super easy to miss. Since I placed the original order late the night before, I figure this must have been what originally happened, and I must have missed it in my sleepiness. I immediately call back, explaining the message I got and that I figured out the issue. At this point, he's confused, and I explain that there clearly is, in fact, a glitch, as I was trying to tell him. He acts like he's doing me another huge favor by taking my order over the phone. Not once did he, or anyone at Printleaf, apologize to me for attempting to gaslight me or insisting it was my fault the order didn't go through. At least the bookmarks and stickers were good quality.
