I ordered raised print business cards with a color logo. When it arrived, the color seemed off. I asked customer support about it. They sent me a screenshot of a google search explaining why I should have used a CMYK logo rather than RBG. I checked the website and the order process, and nowhere on the website does it provide this important information. I suggested to them that they should put this on the website. The only response I got was if I want to reorder with the correct logo/file, I can pay the full price again. No acknowledgement that they should provide technical guidance to people using the amateur layout tool. I'm giving 3 starts because the WYSIWYG tools was easy to use.

Printing process was easy, pick up easy. . . . quality of the print was OK but the adhesive on the stickers is not very sticky and it comes off the plastic bottles I put them on.

Went to Printleaf to get stickers and had no idea about how the process worked. The staff guided me and was amazing in their detail. The quality is top notch. Sam was amazing to work with. Thanks guys. Jman

The stickers were printed super fast (1 business day!) and could not complain about the turn-around time at all. I would rate this 5 stars, but the quality of the stickers ranged from very good to having a bunch of bumps, discolorations, etc. I wish I could send some pictures as some of the stickers would be considered unacceptable for a print shop's standards. I don't know if dirt or something got into the machine while it was printing, but I believe stickers should not have tiny bumps scattering the surface or discolorations.

Location is strange, color turned out only so-so. Very friendly staff and great turn around time!
