I've taken Muscle Health Plus for 24 consecutive days to this point. I may have experienced a slight improvement so far. Not totally sure. I'll keep taking through the end of the year to make my final determination. I'm not crazy about the cherry flavor though. I'm happy to hear that a new flavor, citrus, will be arriving in November.

Products arrived within the said timeline. Shipping is expensive to the southern hemisphere.

Haven’t noticed any difference

For the price I didn’t feel like I was getting my moneys worth. Nice but not great.

My shopping experience was fine but Muscle Health Plus tastes terrible and I cannot tolerate it. It tastes very much like cough syrup.
