This didn't give me any side effects, but it also didn't do anything for my joint pain. But I'm glad I tried it.

This will probably work well for some but I have pretty severe and chronic hip and knee pain due to years of pounding as a former collegiate athlete and arthritis. It didn’t show much improvement for me but that is not a reason for others to give it a try since it seems to work for many others.

Creatine is so gross. Terrible fake cherry taste. Awful fake sugar aftertaste. Too sweet to mix with applesauce. Going in the garbage (ugh plastic container :/) Still taking the joint health supplements, haven’t noticed any improvement, but it’s not even been a month

The fact it took over a month to receive the product is frustrating to say the least. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter the reason why…when you shell out the kind of money these supplements cost and then have to wait an outrageous amount of time, it’s unacceptable. The product is fine, flavor is bland…hoping some noticeable results eventually start to happen.
