Spend a whole package, not one image came out good. I tried in daylight, evening, with flash, without flash, object close and far away.

I don't usually write reviews, but since in this case I am quite pissed off, I will make an exception. As written in the camera review, I want to return it. Support tries for weeks to keep me from returning it, instead of immediately complying with my request per european consumer protection regulations. Then ignores me altogether.

Today is the first time I use the camera and the quality of the pictures is so bad, not color enough and super slow reveal. I think they are expired. What solution can you give me? Thanks
