I received opened, used product instead of the new product I was ordering and paying for. Twice. And then I had to pay to ship the products back to Polaroid. Not cool.

I think the films I received have expired, the result is not good and my camera is working.

Overall ok

Broken boxes recieved, useless product, 10 days passed, still no refund or new product, or even a proper client service response..
