Shipping is great, secure and fast. But B&W film is more BROWN film instead.

Give me the possibility to change the article with another one please, I've taked the wrong article!

Shipping fees of 20 bucks are really high. What it is not disclosed properly is that other fees can be upheld bei the shipping company on top of that. 60 bucks is a insane total that I had to pay for import and shipping. I could have bought the same product locally for way less if I knew that beforehand. Support took multiple days to write back "we cant do anything, sorry". Very bad customer experience.
