Terrible service as always, with zero support and useless customer service

Your return policy is manual, thus old fashioned. To return goods takes too much time. And to subtract the shipping costs from the return 🤔 I am not buying from polaroid again. I’ll do my business elswere.

You took money twice.

Extremely dark and poor quality photo. Picture mostly dark, even after trying different ways, using flash, using outside light and changing with new pack. Almost impossible to get something correct. Extremely disappointing and shared by other friends who chose another brand and gets better results in all conditions. We paid more than average other brands to get the original one and are really disappointed- especially given we chose relatively high range in the Polaroid family of products.
