I’ve emailed about a missing part but haven’t heard back??

We ordered a Discovery Woodland Playhouse from plumplay. co. uk in March 2025. The playhouse came in six packages - two of which were so damaged that they were split open and pieces of wood were falling out and just left in a pile by our door by the delivery company. It was impossible to know if all the required pieces had made it to our house, without opening each package and counting them against the inventory. I contacted customer services using the online form, twice, and never received a reply. In the end we opened all the packages and managed to build the treehouse. In itself it is a good piece of kit for the price, and our daughter loves it. But I am disappointed by the inadequate packaging and poor customer service.

I bought a climbing frame for my toddler grandson. The holes in the slide were larger than the screws provided, so every time he used it, the slide fell off. Took weeks of discussions with customer service for them to send me two screws that still didn’t fit. Took the slide off permanently in the end.

I ordered an item and it didn't turn up as started, couldn't get threw on phone tried 2 days no answer it took over 2 weeks for item to be delivered after me telling them to cancel my order and give me my money back I have one disappointed grandaughter
