When the parts turned up and I saw they were just lengths of metal with two rivet holes I was pretty disappointed as I expected something to hold the top rim of the trampoline taut and these don’t. Additionally the courier was hopeless and twice sent misleading information about when goods would be delivered. They eventually arrived at 10:45pm in night if delivery and fortunately I saw them as about to lock up the house and intercepted them. No idea what delivery driver was planning to do if I hadn’t seen him - leave goods outside all night or ring the doorbell and wake up my family? All in all pretty poor service from Plum

I chose plum play as they offered 15% off the first order. I did not get the discount and emailed to complain. I got no reply to sort this so I am out of pocket.

We ordered 3 replacement parts for our trampoline. The mew net and caps are both excellent and we could easily replace them with no issues except that there are not the same clips as on the old one so there are big gaps at the base of the net where our child could slide through. However the safety net that goes over the springs was not made for our trampoline despite being advertised for this make and model and size. It is too big and has a good 12 inches that are bunched up and overlap. Disappointed as these products were advertised as replacements for this specifics make, model and size and the trampoline is simply not as safe as it was.

We were sent a replacement part following an instant decline and falling apart. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning and more parts failed very quickly. Quality has really declined
