Our kids love it! Definitely shop here again. I've taken it down as we are moving house and theres a couple of splits in wood is a couple of pieces, so I need to find out what the customer service is like for replacement of these pieces.

Delivery was prompt and secure. No spares. Instructions are not fully clear Damaged piece cracked and unsafe. Reached out but yet to be responded to For the most part it is well put together and sturdy. But not all parts were correct size either

I was sum what disappointed that the diameter size of the wooden poles on delivered swing was smaller than as described on the internet. Upon contacting customer services I was informed that the data on the site was outdated but the new poles were perfectly safe. I still felt a little undersold but needed the swing so didn’t return and take time to look for another supplier with heavier duty poles.

Ordering and delivery was great. 5/5 Customer Service was not so good. I wanted to know how long the legs on the trampoline were because I needed to buy mats to go under them (as the trampoline was going on soil). There was no information online about the length of the legs and so I filled an online form in. I tried to call but the phone lines are not open very often but even when I did call within the opening hours the lines were actually closed! When I finally received a response it was with a link to Plum interlocking mats but still no information as to the length of the legs on the ground for me to know how many mats to buy or to be able to buy the correct sized mats. I ended up buying meter long mats on ebay only to find when we put the trampoline up that the legs were 1. 2 meters. All in all it was a really frustrating experience. In my opinion it would be helpful to have the dimensions on the website and to be able to speak to someone on the phone.

Good service but the sandpit cover is not tight enough and won’t stay on. Bought same brand for specific product to ensure fit but will have to buy another from elsewhere. The cover it first came with fitted tightly, the replacement does not.
