The quality of trampoline was terrible. It's so much lower than my last one. The terrible thin metal round the top doesn't even compare to the round fibreglass one before. It's out of shape after the the first use. Abysmal. I complained to you guys online and got fobbed off. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and I've called you out on every single trampoline site and social media site I've been on.
