Plum Play UK - Shopify

When I complained to Plum that their Adjustable 2 Seater Glider was unsafe and that the fixing screws kept working their way loose, they did not seem particularly interested and just sold me an identical replacement which had exactly the same problem - Unsafe and not recommended.

Tried to arrange a return - no reply

I have already reviewed what I bought which wasn't great. I also asked to be unsubscribed from your mailing list but received another email asking for a review instead. Not happy.

i think you're a con with what you sell at the price you sell at.
