Absolutely terrible Still waiting for a resolution to my complaint Absolutely disgusting customer service. . awful shipping. Do not order avoid!

Waited 3 weeks for my delivery and multiple phone calls later, courier kept saying would be delivered the next day. Eventually got it with one parcel missing (think it’s just the spring loading tool but no idea if/when it will arrive) and one completely burst open. Haven’t built it yet as for my daughters birthday next week but can only hope all the parts are there! The girls in customer service were really helpful, but the courier led to a terrible experience.

Not the item I wanted to order but as you don't stock any spares for the trampoline I bought from you it was a stand in item.

Repeatedly sent the wrong size net, making me pay for returns and then didn’t bother refunding the money once I’d given up and returned it for the final time.
