I spent a lot of money on a trampoline that the kids haven’t been able to use because they sent me the wrong poles and despite phoning and ‘raising a ticket’ nobody has got back to me or sent me the right poles.

Absolute poor service

Absolute horrendous experience! Haven’t received the whole order and won’t get the woodland treehouse set up for my daughter birthday!!!. Delivery company have lost part of the package and I have a recording on my doorbell where the driver has told me that he can’t find the last piece but their system states all has been delivered. Every time I call and email both plum and xdp delivery company I get told the same thing “system says delivered! Xdp need to search their warehouse before we can do anything” it’s been two weeks and we have gotten nowhere.

Disappointing

Damaged and missing parts. The entire process has fallen well below the standard we expected when choosing to order from your company, particularly given Plum Play’s strong reputation. Our order was dispatched, but parts went missing in transit with your courier XDP, resulting in a significant delay before we finally received the goods. There was also very little communication from yourselves or your courier to update on the order, I had to chase multiple times. To make matters worse, upon opening the delivery, we discovered that six pieces were damaged and some parts missing. This is extremely frustrating and entirely unacceptable for a product of this nature and value.
