Very slow delivery. Damaged used item arrived with no packaging. No refund after it was rejected and returned.

Really poor experience from start to finish. Delivery delayed 3 times. Instructions are incredibly poor. Product is very difficult to put together given that the instructions offer now advice. Such a disappointment. Website states that customer service is available 9am-1pm but doesn't state that it's only Monday to Friday.

The materials that have been supplied to construct some children’s monkey bars include 5 warped pieces of wood. As a result it is not safe for my children to use. I have been fobbed of by the client service team that this is ‘normal’. My mails asking how to return the product have been ignored. The level of client service is incredibly disappointing.

Sent half the item, when emailed no reply assuming nobody wanted to send the rest of the order

Item delivered whilst I was on holiday left on the driveway didn’t ask anyone to sign for it or tried any of the neighbours item wasn’t there when I arrived home been emailing for a week now getting no where with them at all £400 item my daughters main birthday present that she’s not even had. I have a feeling the driver put it back on the van.
