Flowers arrived drooping

Shipment came on time. Just frustrated that the product was more open and there were substitutions. One of the reasons I order here is to get something different.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the color I ordered

They were okay. Some stems were not overly blue like pictured (see the one in the middle)
