Petaljet

about a fourth of the order was wilted, quite a few heads snapped off. pictures sent. should have not been shipped with so many stuffed into 1 box, they were crushing each other.

Most of the eucalyptus was dead or to brown to use! The flat leaf was the only ones that were usable and even some of those were dead.

The flowers themselves were great quality, but pedal jet sent the wrong color. This mistake almost derailed our floral design for my wedding, but we made it work Petaljet. did offer a partial refund.

This time I was very unhappy with Petaljet.

The quality of the kale was disappointing. The stock was as advertised. A shipping issue arose when I leT Ed I had to be home to sign for the shipment. I waited all morning as FedEx initially said it would be 8am-1pm, but then adjusted it to 1-3 then a third adjustment to before 8 pm. I was not home later in the day and missed receiving it so it had to go back to FedEx warehouse til the next day when my husband had to stay home all day to sign for the order. Requiring someone at my house or shop to sign did not work for us.
