They could have added forward and backward adjustment apart from height adjustment

I was really hopeful about this chair given its features and design, but unfortunately, the lumbar support has been a major letdown. The lumbar support has hard ridges with no cushioning that press uncomfortably into the lower back, making it hard to sit for extended periods. I spend long hours at my desk, and instead of providing relief, the lumbar area actually causes more discomfort over time. I’ve tried adjusting my posture and adding a cushion, but the ridges still make it hard to stay comfortable. For short use it might be fine, but if you're looking for an ergonomic chair for long workdays, I would not recommend this one.
