Seating fabric has got lints within 10-15 days

I had to return the chair as it's not very comfortable to sit on for long hours. Additionally, the overall seating space of the chair seems smaller than other standard office chair, making it very compact and uncomfortable.

My experience with purchasing this product has been extremely disappointing. I encountered several issues, including delayed delivery and poor product quality. Despite repeated follow-ups, resolution took far too long. Even now, I am left with a defective item that has yet to be replaced. It’s incredibly frustrating to have paid the full amount and still receive a substandard product. I expected much better service and quality. Altough I appreciate the regular communication, which keep my alive that one day I will get my product and that is also happening with the product backrest replacement.
