This is a great product; have been using it for last 1 year. Quality & comfort are incredible, value for money. Prudent investment for your back/spine/ posture/neck. Sometimes beats office ergo chair. Highly recommend.

After searching the internet for weeks, I finally found the perfect ergonomic chair! Initially, I was a little skeptical since I hadn't heard of Pelicanwork before, but the quality is seriously amazing. I found them from a random Google search and am so glad I did! It's super comfortable and has made a huge difference for my back. Definitely a game-changer for my desk setup!

Packaging was good. While assembling, I got stuck, but the engineer contacted me. He was very calm and guided me patiently, which helped me assemble it.
