No doubt the chair is worth the price but could have been better had the cushion was bit firmer and also the headrest could be adjusted forward and backward.

I had recently placed an order for Model 11 and it has been more than 10 days since I received the chair. After using it for these many days I have felt it to be more comfortable than my earlier chair. I would have been happier if the seat was bit more firm and also the headrest could be moved forward and backward apart from height adjustment. Without that support I had to place a fur dog toy to give neck support so that I do not have to lean back.

The Model 11 office chair has impressed me with its comfort and solid build quality. There are a lot of adjustment option to make it suit to your body. The materials feel durable, and the overall design provides excellent support during extended sitting sessions. The lumbar support is effective, though I’ve found it works best when maintaining proper posture rather than slouching. For anyone looking for a chair that combines comfort, ergonomics, and durability, this is a strong choice.
