I thought it was a

I thought it was a great conference with some amazing speakers. I enjoyed the shorter sessions so the attendees could hear more speakers and topics however, I think 20 minutes was not realistic. Barely any of the speakers had time for questions and rushed through their slides. I would have like maybe 30-40 mins per speaker to really get the most value out of this conference. I did like the teams and the ice breaker activities each day. Was a great way to get people talking.

Conference experience

I really enjoyed the conference and learned a great deal from presenters and through networking. My reason for not giving 5 stars is not being able to find/access the presentations.

The NGPC was a great

The NGPC was a great networking opportunity- round table discussions were compelling. More facilitation of round table discussions with other institutions rather than vendors. Innovation corner was outstanding.

Thanks for the opportunity

I loved being with like minded individuals, passionate about patient experience. Great speakers. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't more focus on the applications of artificial intelligence and/or more futuristic examples of Voice of the Patient types of programs. But, I did connect with a few folks and overall great info. I was not able to get a form to earn my CCXP credits, so I reached out to a few people (NGPX Coordinators) but no response. Could you send one please? Kimberly.brennan@navitus.com Thank you.

Vendors

Although the vendors did not pressure anyone it makes it uncomfortable. Too long of breaks in the morning and afternoon --makes for a long day. Would be nice to end a little earlier. Yoga was a nice touch and lunch outside. Registration had many missing names from our group not sure why.
