Content and Connections
NGPX conference was very well run and organized. The content was applicable in regards to communications with the patient. Communications includes verbal, in-person non-verbal communications, and communications via various technological sources.
I do believe in order to provide truly exceptional customer experience it is critical to look at the physical spaces as well. A lot of discussion was centered around staff burnout and, after numerous conversations, I believe part of the burnout is a result of work spaces and location setups that do not empower people to perform their jobs efficiently.
