I enjoyed the venue and

I enjoyed the venue and the ideas and innovations for patient experience. I would have liked more personal vs technical best practice strategies to take back to our practice. I did really enjoy seeing all the new platforms and technologies and to hear how companies are using them to improve patient experience. I thought the event was well organized and I loved the giving to charity contest.

Industry Leaders

It was a great opportunity to connect with leaders across the country! I appreciated the great presentations by Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, U of Miami and several other leaders across the industry. It felt a little too sales-pitchy at times and I felt the vendors were a little forceful with their pre-conference calls and emails and sales tactics. The food was excellent, but the day was really long and seemed to be sparse attendance at several of the sessions. Overall, a good conference and really interesting technology advances that I think will be vital to any successful program. Really opened my eyes and ears to the possibilities of what a good experience looks like!! Thank you for the fine week, it was a good experience and I enjoyed topics/discussions!

Great speakers and useful info.

Great speakers and useful info. Just felt like a constant sales pitch and the "solutions zone" was uncomfortable because of the sales "sharks"

Great conference!

The only negative was how vendor heavy it was. I felt a pressure to interact with the vendors, and the amount of vendor emails leading up to the conference was overwhelming. Otherwise, it was great!!
