I thought the conference was great and it was refreshing to meet so many people struggling with the same issues. I think the last day (day 3) was the most impactful and would recommend starting the conference with the presentations presented on the last day. Those presentations were the heart of what we do. They are the WHY. It seems we had too many personations at the beginning of the conference related to technology. That is fine and we all need technology and I understand many of the vendors sponsored the conference but we really need people to connect to their work and to each other and to be "human" and nice to one another.

Event was well organized, location was beautiful and relaxing, and the sessions were very well timed. Would have liked it to be a little less vendor focused, and would have liked an opportunity prior to the conference to vice what I wanted to get out of the day.

Speakers were phenomenal! Vendors were great. Some Round Table sessions were well done while others left a bit to be desired, thus, the 4 stars.

The break away sessions were great and helped teach us how to solve problems in a fast approachable way. My only feedback is that the speakers be screened better before presenting.

There were some good speakers but there were also alot of vendor presentations. Seemed to be very biased.
