My package came completely dismantled and missing a part- done by shipment company. The rep at Longo Lexus remedied the situation by offering to send out the missing part without any extra cost to me so I can put the part on my car. I'm the meantime, they are in communication with the shipment company as to why my package arrived the way it did.
