Longo Lexus

Great return policy, excellent customer service!

I looked around a lot. I found that Longo had the best prices I could find for actual Lexus parts. I ordered brake parts for the Lexus and they were seriously 1/3 the price of the local dealer. I spoke to the parts person twice with questions and he answered them in a friendly customer service way. NOICE! Ording online was a snap and the parts arrived very timely and I received several update emails. The ground shipping was reasonably priced.

order water pump for my 2017 rx350. Was available next day for me to pick up and definitely appreciate the discount from ordering online. part included gasket.
