I still haven’t received this item

It took almost a month for me to get my product after I paid in full when I was told it should take four days to get to me ridiculous

Zero directions. Literally just the components in the box. No directions on even how to pair the remote.

Not needed. Why did you force this charge?

So my shipments of down rods went missing for weeks. Maybe the fact you can’t create a correct shipping label with the correct name has something to do with it? I can not recommend this company at all.
