I was very disappointed with the customer service experience. I reached out to return and exchange my order and even mentioned that I planned to purchase two additional items. Unfortunately, the company showed no flexibility or willingness to work with me. Instead of helping me find a reasonable solution, the responses I received were dismissive and focused solely on policy rather than customer satisfaction. I genuinely wanted to continue doing business with this company, but their lack of understanding and effort made that impossible. It’s unfortunate, because I was ready to spend more with them — but after this experience, I took my business elsewhere.

Fans are quiet and look good but move very little air. Yes fan is going in right direction.

No instructions or battery. Shipping label was incomplete, making it difficult for the post office to deliver.

Customer service to Greg but the light kit somethings wrong with it every time you hook the switch up to it it wants to blow
