No customer service! No answers my emails, no one answers the phone, I still on hold forever, no one responds in the chat. Took forever for my fan to ship and only receive part of the order. No one will respond to when the rest of my order will ship.

Never received my order

My 84” fan does not work. The remote will not synch at all even after replacing the battery and following the instruction booklet (which has multiple grammatical errors BTW). The fan will only rotate 2 full revelations and then stops before it repeats again. No change in fan speed. The light is the only thing that works properly. I have tried repeatedly to contact your customer service number and even left a message and have not heard anything. When calling you don’t even get a message letting you know what your company name is. Piss poor customer service and here I am with a non working fan with zero support.

OnTrac delivery has ruined my experience with Patrot Uncle. OnTrac delivered my packages at 8 PM and left them on top of my mailbox on a busy main street, not at my house. Now I don't have the products I have had to contact OnTrac, Parrot Uncle, and deal with the inconvenience

The fan turns completely sideways when turned on. We can’t figure out how to keep it straight.
