Great Ceiling Fan, Terrible Customer Service
The online store was great, the ceiling fan itself was exactly what I was looking for and needed, but the customer service has been terrible. A 6-inch downrod was missing from one of my two packages. I contacted customer service via email. I have been emailing with customer service for two weeks and still have not received my missing item. When I get responses from them, it is never during business hours and it will be 24 hours later until I hear back and between 12am - 2am. I have also called, but it's just a place to leave a message. The other box had all the parts, and we successfully installed it. It looks great, it works great, it was just as advertised. But the customer service experience thus far, has not been helpful and will make me think twice on purchasing from Parrot Uncle again.
