The online store was great, the ceiling fan itself was exactly what I was looking for and needed, but the customer service has been terrible. A 6-inch downrod was missing from one of my two packages. I contacted customer service via email. I have been emailing with customer service for two weeks and still have not received my missing item. When I get responses from them, it is never during business hours and it will be 24 hours later until I hear back and between 12am - 2am. I have also called, but it's just a place to leave a message. The other box had all the parts, and we successfully installed it. It looks great, it works great, it was just as advertised. But the customer service experience thus far, has not been helpful and will make me think twice on purchasing from Parrot Uncle again.

The online store embellished the capabilities of the product ordered, an 84 inch ceiling fan. Requested a return authorization to return the fan within 1 day of receipt and installation of the fan. Was asked to pay shipping to return the fan when return policy states the merchant is responsible for shipping costs related to returns.

I’ve tried to return the remote, but can’t get a response from anyone to get a return label. It took so long to get the remote. We finally took our ceiling fan back. Bought a new one and that’s why I’m sending the remote back but cannot get a response from anyone at this company!!!!

Good afternoon, I am sorry to say but unfortunately, I am still waiting for my item. I think it was shipped to the incorrect location. I am not sure how it was sent to North Carolina from your location. It's been sitting at different USPS locations for 2-3-4 days at a time. I am not getting any feedback from other than on-line tracking. Can you help or let me know when to expect my order #29226.
