Customer service to Greg but the light kit somethings wrong with it every time you hook the switch up to it it wants to blow

so far I have had two of the 4 fans i puchased quit working on a brand-new construction build. i wonder when the other two will quit!

They sold me $450 worth of unsupported remotes then they would not take them back because i held them to long, 30days outside of purchase.

I received my dresser damaged. Reached out to the company no one responded. I didn’t pay to receive damaged goods. 0/10. I do not recommend. Avoid at all cost. Next time I will go to the store and pay to have my furniture delivered to ensure it’s not ruined. I feel robbed. Wish I could send it back and get my money back.
