They would not let me return the fan since I missed the return window by one day. I guess they don’t understand what public safety personnel, like myself, have to deal with while remodeling a house with 2 very young children.

The absolute worst company
I purchased fan and down rod in November. Received fan in late December and received down rod in January. They had every excuse in the book but a good business runs efficiently no matter the situation and at least keeps you informed of delays. No communication from parrots uncle and when I complained they wanted to give me ten dollars what a joke maybe take this information and fix your company
