You did not fulfill my order as originally ordered
You did not fulfill my order as originally ordered. Then days after your delivery range I emailed to ask where my fan was you stated that it would be almost a month before it would be shipped. When I was asked if I would accept the next size smaller fan due to the lead time I accepted the change due to needing it for an install. You offered a refund for the difference of the original order and the fan I accepted. Then, the next day after the order was switched I see online that you now magically have the fan I requested originally in stock and ready for shipment. That refund has still not been credited back to my credit card many days after the change was processed. Then, the day after you convinced me to switch orders the fan I accepted is even discounted less than you allowed credit for. Thank goodness the fan works. I'm REALLY NOT HAPPY with how I have been and still being treated.
