After a an attempt to solve the problem, parrot decided to send me a new unit.

The fan is impressive, smooth and quiet. It’s been running for 2 1/2 months to circulate the floor heat. I am 110% happy. And the very fair price 😳,,, yes sir!!!

Had some problem initially with customer service but was able to purchase this beautiful light online. Was hung today. Looks terrific. Very pleased.
