This process has taken 3 weeks beyond any normal purchase window. I want a return label, I no longer want to be associated with this company. For some reason everything takes so long and your products and website are fraudulent. Please provide a return label. We have tried to cooperate with your company and you have nothing that works within our home. This has all taken way too long. Once a return label is processed then refund I am sure you will have had our money for over a month. Please process a return label. This company needs to be reported. Nit satisfied with a partial purchase

I bought my husband the 100in. ceiling fan for his shop for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. It was easy to assemble and works great!

I bought the 120" model, nothing hard about installing it. Runs quiet and moves air, I am thinking about buying a second and maybe a 3rd if I see it on sale again. Shipping took a while, like 2 months but it did finally come.
