Your customer service let you down

I will start by saying I have ordered from OP before. Love the products and have never had a need to utilise customer service before. On this occasion I bought Xmas presents for 8 people, taking advantage of Black Friday discounts. For some reason I was incorrectly (according to OP) charged import duty that orders which eradicated my discounts Customer service were vague, unhelpful and put resolution on me. It would have been easy for them to resolve the problem, instead I was forced to return my order. So, so disappointed. Will never order again.

After ordered, shipping was fast. Pillow was super hard, feeling of neck brace, super stiff, also not long enough to loosely embrace so I sent it back. Returning process is not customer friendly. Although package arrived back, still didn't hear anything from company.

Given this is my first experience of ordering something with This company and their inability to solve this issue i would really hesitate to order anything from them again

I never received my order
