Even after loads of Emails this company will not let me send back my unused neck pillow because it was damaged on receipt Will be sending the details to BBC watch dog to warn other costumers about the bad service. In fact no service at all!!!!

Terrible I tried to return it the moment I received it and tried it on and still haven’t heard back even though I filled it the formulary and send several emails

J'ai acheté deux "go neck pillow" pour moi et mon compagnon afin de voyager une nuit complète en bus. Nous avons trouvé ces coussins de cou très inconfortables en raison de leur forme particulière. Je regrette mon achat car je ne les utiliserai plus et leur prix est assez élévé

Patricia Cruz seems to hate having contact with customers. Which is fun seeing that she handles customer complaints, refunds and quality questions. Bad experience where I prefer loosing a nice product due to terrible contact with the workers
