Pillow is fine, if expensive. The delivery by UPS was awful. They rang the doorbell and disappeared with the package before we got to the door. The card though the door said the parcel would be left in the town centre dry cleaners for us to collect. - That is not a delivery service - checkout the competition!! Just as annoying the driver/van destroyed the grass verge outside our house ( camera evidence of driver, van and damage caused is available. 10 inch deeps 12 foot long gouge by all tyres wide. - What an inconsiderate **+….) Dump your delivery vandals.

Ordered 25 November and it still hasn’t arrived as of 7 January, with no communication from the company.

Awful experience. Ordered due to brand loyalty…. No response! Horrible.

Ordered two Ostrich Go Neck pillows. Although I inadvertently selected the wrong colour which couldn't be changed at the time. Customer services weren't very helpful. When they arrived they were beautifully packaged. Because we wanted a grey pillow I ordered a replacement cover which came screwed up, not even with a protective cover so very disappointed with the way it was received not the quality I expected from Ostrich. I was going to order eye masks but based on the way the cover was delivered I found alternative eye masks at a fraction of the price that have come well packaged with their own cases as well.
