Product not as per advertised description. The sleeping mask is advertised as suitable for all sleeping positons. It is too uncomfortable for sleeping on my stomach so I can't use it

Dear Ostrichpillow, I am sure the pillow is fabulous but remains unopened on my wife's desk. I researched this carefully and had no doubt this would be the best present for my wife's trip to NY from Melbourne. Unfortunately the pillow arrived 6 hours after she had left for the airport. My issue is how long the pillow took to arrive. To charge $10 for shipping and to take over 2 weeks to arrive is poor. I suspect it will be opened for the next overseas trip whenever that may be but feel like I should return it. Thanks

It took longer than thought to have a refund.

Cant comment on the pillow as the delivery was so delayed that i never got it in time, even though i paid extra for fast shipping. Ups is horrendous and will turn me off any future purchases
