2 weeks delivery / colour ordered non available
It took 2 weeks to be delivered with another colour than ordered.
I had to contact twice the customer support to have the right answer 8 days after my order: there was no more black colour!
As apologies, the manager told me that she would talk with my first contact. It is not the service I expect from a premium brand. I don’t want to feel sorry/angry about the mistake of someone and there is more than 1 person in fault in this story. The order process was also faulty. No notice about delay or missing colour. No proactive contact to inform customer…
I was also disappointed with the policy of the customer service. When a customer do not get what he ordered, he expects a commercial gesture (free additional product, discount on the order or for another one,…) Not only the choice of another colour or cancellation of the order.
The product seems good that’s why I gave two star. Service deserves less.
