Disappointing

I was amazed how quickly my order was with me & was eager to use it when it arrived this morning. I felt it was much neater & would sit much more securely around my neck whilst I could do various jobs. My microwave is only 700 so I put it in for twice the recommended time and put it round my neck. It didn’t feel very warm and was very soon cool. So I heated it again leaving it a bit longer, same result & a third attempt was also not successful. My £10 wheat bag is much warmer and lasts for much longer tho not so neat. I agree with the comment made by others that it needs a Velcro or similar fastening, and I am returning he Ostrichpillow.

Good but not amazing - sadly not worth the £100 I paid.

I bought these hoping for something super comfortable, ahead of a 11 hour flight in prem economy. The pillow is OK but felt a little small (I'm 6'2" so perhaps that's it). The eye mask is marketed as putting no pressure on the eyes. To do this it has some harder structure around the eyes, which ends up putting pressure around your eyes. Not super comfortable.

Good product, bad service

Sent me two pillows, which I am dubious about having ordered (I may have clicked on one of the many, pushy, “offers” buttons by accident). Then they have a weirdly strict/prescriptive returns policy. Good product but customer-service felt designed to trick the customer out of extra cash rather than leave one satisfied.

Unpleasant customer experience and mediocre product.

Ordering it to Germany was an extra 5 euros. The mask was not fit for my purpose, which is sleeping on the side. Hence I returned it. They deducted another 5 euros for that on the refund. This is not a good customer service experience in the year 2023. I can get a sleep mask for less than what they charged me in shipping fees. This is what I actually did, haha. Guess what, the shitty 7 euro mask was better for side sleepers. Did go with the manta sleep pro after all which is expensive but actually worth it. Unpleasant customer experience and mediocre product overall 🤷🏻‍♂️

2 weeks delivery / colour ordered non available

It took 2 weeks to be delivered with another colour than ordered. I had to contact twice the customer support to have the right answer 8 days after my order: there was no more black colour! As apologies, the manager told me that she would talk with my first contact. It is not the service I expect from a premium brand. I don’t want to feel sorry/angry about the mistake of someone and there is more than 1 person in fault in this story. The order process was also faulty. No notice about delay or missing colour. No proactive contact to inform customer… I was also disappointed with the policy of the customer service. When a customer do not get what he ordered, he expects a commercial gesture (free additional product, discount on the order or for another one,…) Not only the choice of another colour or cancellation of the order. The product seems good that’s why I gave two star. Service deserves less.
