I didn’t received my pillow… maybe issues with the delivery, but I asked for help, and Ostrich really couldn’t help me. The just suggested me to complain to UPS.

Do not roll up the
Do not roll up the memory foam pillow and put into a cylinder box. Better put flat and into a rectangular box. Besides, the return & refund policy of other bundle item was slow. I still have not yet recd my refund.

Customer service was awful and closed the ticket without resolving the problem. Will never buy directly again especially when I can get the product from different retailers
