AI based customer service lacking backed up by disinterested human CSR
I instantly noticed I ordered the incorrect size. Emailed to ask for a correction. I got an AI response recognising the issue and saying it would try to amend.
Then noticed the item had been dispatched the next morning. I contacted the customer service again. This time I got a response from a fairly disinterested person who simply highlighted the AI only said it would try. This person did not actually address this issue, and all other emails have been ignored.
Now I have the package with the wrong size that I had instantly highlighted. There is no return note and so now I have more emails being ignored.
I understand the issue started with my mistake but all efforts to rectify have been ignored.
